good screen capture device?

lately iv decided that i wanna do some JTV broadcasts. but my problem is since i use a hava capture device AFMLE doesnt pick that up and cant broadcast it. so instead i needa get a computer screen capture device. so that i can open up the hava software and record the screen that way. only problem is, that the couple iv tried out distort quality soooo much that its not really worth it to do. any suggestions?

tried that. it comes out waaaay to zoomed in to see anything. and im not excactly sure why
